My Story
I grew up on the wild coast of Cape Breton and have spent the last two decades on the other kind of coast—Tulum, where the jungle meets the sea and nobody stays the same for long.
I came for a season. I stayed for a life.
Along the way, I became a mother, a yoga and meditation teacher, a facilitator and space holder for earth-medicine ceremonies, and a reader of cards—not because I claim to predict the future, but because I have learned how to listen to the present until it finally tells the truth.
For me, tarot is a language of self-sovereignty and a map of the subconscious. It reveals where your energy is flowing and where your thoughts, habits, intentions, and patterns are carrying you. Every card you turn reflects something you already know, even if you have not yet found the words—or the courage—to acknowledge it. My work is simply to sit beside you while you remember.
A tarot reading does not tell you that your future is fixed. It brings awareness to the mind map you are currently following—and reminds you that the map can be changed. When you understand where you continue to place your attention and energy, you become empowered to redirect them. You can release old patterns of thought and action, make more conscious choices, and begin creating meaningful, positive change in your life.
Nothing in life is entirely certain. But when you shift your thoughts, actions, and intentions, you shift the direction in which you are travelling. You reclaim your ability to participate in your own becoming and move closer to the most authentic, courageous, and fully realized version of yourself.
